About the squad.

BOMBA was born from the friendship of Joe and Joel, who have cooked side by side for more than a decade. Their Italian-American, Haitian and Jamaican roots meet in food that feels both familiar and entirely its own.

Certified Sommelier Angie brings Dominican warmth and a guest-first point of view to every pairing, making sure the glass adds to the story on the plate and everyone feels at home.
